No communication method can match the human connection that comes from a face-to-face meeting. BCI’s professional team of Benefit Counselors travels onsite to provide individuals a personal enrollment experience. For more than 30 years, BCI has delivered this effective “high touch” communication model to employers. Our Benefit Counselors receive no commissions or incentives for enrollments; they are trained to serve the best interests of each enrolling individual.

The Association was concerned the new suite of benefits would be difficult to understand due to product similarities; therefore, leaving the entire population to a self-serve environment was not the desired scenario. More assistance was needed for individuals who were not technologically savvy or had specific questions as to what the products could do for their unique situations.
