Chris focuses on communication, enrollment, and technology consulting for large employers while managing business development opportunities with insurance carriers, consultants, and other distribution partners. Chris is actively engaged in analyzing needs, designing systems, and developing flexible, customer centric strategies through technology enhancements.

Brian Borkowski

Brian has developed and managed several insurance and benefit technology focused initiatives over the course of his career.  Focusing on the people, process, and technology needs of a customer is paramount in developing an appropriate long-term solution. These have been key initiatives and the foundation of building a strong, long-lasting partnership with clients during his career. Brian currently leads the BCI national team of Regional Vice Presidents, working side-by-side to solve each client’s complex challenges to achieve the desired long-term outcome. Through his leadership, he has helped to develop successful long-lasting solutions for 1,000’s of clients during his tenure at both a global consulting firm and benefits administration providers. His focus is addressing the targeted long-term strategic outcome, not just the shiny new buzz word and to focus on what is best for both the employees and the employer.

Following graduation, Sadler worked as an employee benefits consultant with Unum for five years in Nashville, TN before moving to Atlanta, where he continued his work with Unum for 12 years. During that time Sadler won Unum’s National Sales Rep of the Year award five times in both Regional and National Accounts.

In June 2016, Sadler joined BCI and opened the Atlanta sales office. Sadler runs the sales practice for the Southern (including Texas) and Pacific Northwest regions.

From operations to implementation, to product management and sales, James delivers a fresh perspective for any business need—and is relentless in that pursuit.

Rachel Downing

Customer Operations

Rachel has a passion for solving business problems with technology. With over 40 years of technology and customer service experience, she leads our Project Management Office and Customer Success teams. Prior to joining BCI, Rachel led cross-functional teams including software development, QA automation, platform control, release management, customer support, benefit service centers and professional services implementation teams.

Jason is passionate about using technology to solve tough problems to improve people’s lives. With 25 years of professional software experience, he leads BCI’s technology to deliver cutting-edge and impactful solutions. Prior to joining BCI, Jason led technology for a global software company in the benefits space. He has owned multiple small consulting companies, worked for large and small companies, and has spent time in engineering, architecture, security, IT, and leadership roles. He is an expert at transforming complex projects and situations into actionable and realistic plans to deliver results.

Dale leads BCI’s Finance team with more than 30 years of experience in employee benefit communications and enrollment. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of an Arizona-based communications and enrollment firm prior to joining BCI.

JW is a seasoned, transformational leader across the healthcare, telecommunications, and alternative energy industries with a record of improving operations, streamlining processes, and building high performing client-focused teams. With over 25 years of leadership experience, he leads BCI’s Call Center and Onsite enrollment teams and is focused on ensuring each employee interaction with a benefits counselor is an informative experience. Prior to joining BCI, he led a multi-site sales & operations support team spanning the US, which focused on educating potential clients on the benefits of choosing alternative energy including solar. Among his notable achievements is improving client engagement and growing revenue through building highly efficient, customer-focused organizations.

Call Center Operations

Lani is a champion of teams, bringing people together to innovate and eliminate day-to-day inefficiencies. She is passionate about the employee experience and uses her more than 20 years of experience at BCI to continually grow those teams through the intersection of technology and people. Collaborating across departments and companies, Lani leads our Call Center team with best in class training that reduces the daily work load for our Human Resources partners and provides white glove service to their employees.
